Hours: average 12 hours a week – this is a home-based role

Salary/Honorarium: £11.50 per hour (review in January 2023), plus expenses and mileage
Interesting, worthwhile, and varied role involves interviewing potential volunteers, matching, introduction, organising, and monitoring of volunteers, plus liaison with Children’s Services and local schools. Supporting and assisting with further recruitment, and occasional presentations. Full training will be given, with some work shadowing too. You need to be able to work as a team player, demonstrate tact, good common sense, whilst always communicating professionally and courteously, with good written and listening skills, plus driving licence and car owner, and resident in Bedworth, Nuneaton or North Warwickshire. Attention to detail is important. Ability to use Word, and potentially be familiar with PR/marketing would be an asset, though latter not essential.
