Recruiting for Part Time Operations Team Leader/Manager for a small local registered charity supporting disadvantaged children
Hours: average 6 hours a week – this is a home-based role, with travel in Warwickshire

Salary/Honorarium: £14.50 per hour, plus expenses and mileage
You will need to have had a minimum of 2 years’ experience as Team Leader/Project Manager/Supervisor/Business Owner in an office-based situation, and ideally with some charity experience/knowledge.
This is an interesting, worthwhile, and varied role that involves leading our Operations Team of currently 6 part time employees. You need to be able to lead the team in a positive way, demonstrate tact, good common sense, whilst always communicating professionally and courteously, with good written and listening skills, plus driving licence and car owner, and resident in Warwickshire.
Attention to detail is important. Ability to use Word, and potentially be familiar with PR/Marketing would be an asset, though latter not essential.
