You will need:
1 cup Plain Flour
1/2 cup of table salt
1/2 cup of water
1 tablespoon of Lemon Juice
Combine all the ingredients.
If it is too sticky, then add extra flour and if too dry, add a little extra water.
Roll out to a thickness of around 2mm to 3mm.
Use cutters to make the desired shape then make a small hole at the top with a skewer (so that you can thread ribbon through).
Bake on the lowest oven setting for a few hours.
Once the shapes are dry, paint and decorate them.
Tie with pretty ribbon, hang on the tree and admire your handiwork!
