Salary:                     £10.00 per hour, plus expenses and mileage
Hours:                      Average 12 hours a week – this is a home based role

The Friendship Project for Disadvantaged Children are recruiting for a new Part Time Area Coordinator for North Warwickshire following additional funding being received,  allowing for this extra post.

An interesting, worthwhile, and varied role involves interviewing potential volunteers, matching, introduction, organising, and monitoring of volunteers, plus liaison with Children’s Services and local schools. Also, supporting and assisting with further recruitment, and occasional presentations.

Full training will be given, with some work shadowing too. You need to be able to work as a team player, demonstrate tact, good common sense, whilst communicating professionally and courteously at all times, with good written and listening skills, plus driving licence and car owner.

Attention to detail is important. Ability to use Word, and potentially be familiar with PR/marketing would be an asset, though latter not essential. At all times you must behave in a confidential and discreet way.
