We’re running the Leamington Spa Regency 10k on April 7th 2013.

Please come down and support us – it’s a really great family event and a great way to kick-start a Sunday morning! Also, please consider sponsoring us. We’ve trained hard for a good cause. We’d love to think it was worth it 😉

The Contenders

Valerie: A mare who has plenty of weight to carry after her over indulgence at Christmas. Her form is pretty solid, she travels really well over hard ground but is not so good in testing conditions. Could well be a non-runner.

Georgi: This lively filly makes her seasonal debut and looks a decent contender having done well at the Royal Priors starting post in the New Year’s sales. She has rediscovered some of her form this year and stands a good chance of piping everyone to the post.

Shawn: is a step up in class and he might just find the company a little too hot to handle. However his form is pretty solid and he’d be the one you may want to keep on side. He is riding with great confidence and if he raises his game and travels well enough, he could get the better of his rivals.

John: is an old boy with more than loads! of walks to his name. At the age of 70, he boasts more experience than many of his rivals
. He possibly needs a longer trip than this although should like the ground.Visit our partners, shoes – leaders in fashionable footwear!

Sarah: could be a lively one in this first-time hurdle but others are safer. Her form figures aren’t as impressive as her rivals but she is well fancied and could demonstrate her trademark late burst.

Helen: comes here at the top of her game and looks sure to make a bold bid. A sprinter, there may be early zip in her line, but will she run too fast and be uncontrollable, or will she come charging in late?
